Chicken Pot Pie

Quick & eacy chicken pot pie.

Ingredients:
1 small bag of frozen mixed vegetables
1 can of chunk of chicken(6oz.)
1 can of cream of chicken soup(10.75 oz.)
1 can of buttermilk refrigerated Hungry Jack Buscuits(7.5oz.)

Directions:
Pre-cook vegetables according to bag directions. Spray med. size casserole dish with non-stick. Mix chicken, soup, and vegetables in a bowl. Pour mixture into casserole dish and top with uncooked biscuits by simply placing the raw biscuits on top to cover entire mixture. Place in oven covered @375 degrees F for 30 minutes. uncover and cook until biscuits are brown. serve

Serve while hot

Great tasting just like Kentucky Fried Chicken all for less than $10.

Prep time: 35 to 45 minutes

Serves 4 to 5.
