Rotel DipIngredients:
2 cans of rotel
1 lb of ground beef
1 box of velveeta cheeseDirections:
Cut up velveeta in squares or blocks, put cheese in crock pot and pour the 2 cans of rotel over cheese, cover and let melt stirring occassionally.
While cheese is melting, cook and drain ground beef. Add beef to melted cheese and stir. serve over tortilla chips
