Ooowey Goowey

It is really ooewey and goowey! But it is so good! It is a topping for ice cream and cakes and other things if you like SWEET!

Ingredients:
1/8 cup sugar
1/3 cup chocolate syrup
1/8 cup honey
1/8 cup milk

Directions:
Mix all with a mixer
{MAKE SURE YOU EAT IT BEFORE 7 HOURS}
