Holiday Yam BakeEasy and quick to make
Ingredients:
40 ounces yams, drain
8 1/2 ounces crushed pineapple in juice
2 tbsp brown sugar
2 tbsp. melted butter
3 tbsp chopped pecans
3/4 cup mini marshmallows
Pam sprayDirections:
Drain yams, mash well. Drain pineapple, reserve juice. Add juice to yams, brown sugar, butter. Beat well, stir in pineapple, pecans. Coat inside 1-1/2 quart casserole with Pam. Spoon mix into dish. Bake 20 minutes at 350 F. Sprinkle with marshmallows and bake 10 minutes longer
It is a real tasty dish for the holidays
Prep time: 40 minutes
Makes 8 servings.
