Chicken EnchiladasEasy and fast
Ingredients:
3 boneless chicken breasts
1 can of cream of mushroom soup
1 small can of green chiles diced
1 1/2 cups of shredded chese
1 can of PET milk
TortillasDirections:
Cook the chicken usually by boiling it and then shred. Mix with the cream of mushroom soup, green chiles and 1 cup of cheese. Next, take the mixture and spoon into tortillas. Roll the tortillas as you spoon it in and place in cooking pan (for oven). Take remaining mixture if there is any and mix with 1/2 can of PET milk and remaining cheese. Pour over rolled up tortillas in pan. If you think you may need more cheese then feel free to add. Cook until cheese is melted. Really Good!!! and easy to make.
