Shepherd Pie

My mom made this when we were kids and we couldn't get enough.

Ingredients:
Hamburger meat
Cream Corn
Mashed Potatoes

Directions:
Fry your meat with onions, omit all the fat. Place meat in a casserole dish. Cover with cream corn, then top with mashed potatoes.Then brush butter on top.
1 hour before dinner, place in oven at 325 for about 40 minutes or until you see a golden crisp top.

Serve with a tossed salad.

When mashing potatoes avoid using milk, just put a little butter.

Prep time: 30 minutes
