Melt -In-Your-Mouth Pot RoastIngredients:
1 pot roast (2-3 lbs.)
6 med. potatoes, quartered
1/2 bag baby carrots, cut in half
1 onion, sliced
Salt and pepper
Garlic powder
Beef brothDirections:
In slow cooker, combine pot roast, salt and pepper, garlic powder (to taste), onions, carrots, potatoes
Pour in enough beef broth to cover roast. Cook on low 10-12 hours.Serve with warm rolls
Prep time: 15-20 minutes
Serves four.
