Orange Jell-o Delight

Orange Jell-O Dessert

Ingredients:
Large box of orange Jell-O
2 cups of vanilla ice cream
1 TBSP orange juice concentrate

Directions:
Empty Jell-O into large bowl. Pour 2 cups of hot water over Jell-O and stir to dissolve. Add 1 TBSP of orange juice concentrate and stril until disolved. (DO NOT ADD ANY MORE WATER) Instead add 2 cups of vanilla ice cream and stir into Jell-O. Stir until ice cream is dissolved. Refrigerate until set.

Serve with turkey or ham dinner . Also is a refreshing summer dessert.

Prep time: 15-20 MINUTES

Serves 8.
