Banana Delight

Full of nutrition, easy to make, refreshing and filling.

Ingredients:
2 Fresh bananas
1 cup skimmed milk
Ice
Sugar

Directions:
Add everything in the blender and blend it. You can also add a little water to make it less thick.

Serve immediately with ice.

Pre time: 5 minutes

Serves 2.
