Making your own ice cream pops doesn't have to be complicated. This simple pop uses store-bought ingredients to create the most decadent ice cream treat of your dreams.

No need to buy ice cream pops when you can make them super simply at home. Plus you can combine just about any flavor combination you desire. However, in my personal opinion chocolate and peanut butter is the best combination of all time.

Easy chocolate and peanut butter ice cream pops

Yields 4


  • 2 cups vanilla ice cream
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup chocolate syrup


  1. Lay out 4 small paper cups and 4 Popsicle sticks.
  2. Press in 1/4 cup ice cream into the bottom of each cup.
  3. Top each ice cream cup with 2 tablespoons of creamy peanut butter and 1 tablespoon of chocolate syrup.
  4. Top chocolate syrup with 1/4 cup ice cream and top with another 1 tablespoon of chocolate syrup.
  5. Push Popsicle stick into the middle of each cup and freeze overnight.
  6. To remove from the paper cups, simply tear down the side and remove.
