Paprika fried chicken fingers with chipotle raspberry dipping sauce is the newest go-to dinner everyone can enjoy! A heavy hand with the paprika in the breading gives tons of flavor without too much heat, and the raspberry dipping sauce couldn't be easier!

Paprika fried chicken fingers with chipotle raspberry dipping sauce

Serves 4


  • 1 pound chicken tenders
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons salt
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 1 cup raspberry preserves
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground chipotle pepper
  • 4 cups vegetable oil


  1. Pour the vegetable oil into a medium pot so that it comes up at least 1 inch on the side of the pot.
  2. Heat the oil over medium-low heat until a wooden spoon dipped into the oil starts to bubble.
  3. Combine the flour, cornstarch, salt and paprika in a plastic bag and shake well.
  4. Add the chicken to the bag, seal well and shake to coat the chicken.
  5. Fry in batches to keep from overcrowding the pan for about 3 minutes per side, or until the chicken is cooked through.
  6. Set the chicken on a paper towel-lined plate to drain and sprinkle with more salt if desired.
  7. To make the sauce, whisk together the preserves and chipotle pepper until smooth.
  8. Serve the chicken hot with a side of the sauce.
