Chocolate, hazelnut, cherry and coconut bark is a surefire way to get a flavorful dose of chocolate in one bite! Crunchy hazelnuts, tart dried cherries and sweet coconut make this chocolate bark a big treat.

Chocolate, hazelnut, cherry and coconut bark

Makes 1 (9 x 13-inch) pan of bark


  • 1 pound milk chocolate bark, roughly chopped
  • 1/2 cup dried cherries
  • 1/2 cup toasted hazelnuts, roughly chopped
  • 1/3 cup toasted coconut
  • 1/4 cup semisweet chocolate chips


  1. Microwave bark according to package directions until smooth.
  2. Line a 9 x 13-inch pan with foil or parchment paper.
  3. Pour the melted chocolate bark into the prepared pan and smooth evenly into 1 layer.
  4. Sprinkle evenly with the cherries, hazelnuts, coconut and chocolate chips, pressing the ingredients very gently into the melted chocolate.
  5. Let cool completely until hard, then cut or break into personal-sized pieces.
