These stuffed celery ideas are perfect for lunchboxes, mid-morning snacks or as a healthy after-school option for kids. Here we share three super easy ideas that can be made ahead and stored in the refrigerator.

Fruity ants on a log recipe

Yields 4 servings

Ingredients:

  • 4 celery stalks
  • 1/4 cup all-natural peanut butter
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons raisins

Directions:

  1. In a bowl, add the peanut butter and the honey (or maple syrup) and mix well.
  2. With a small spoon, fill the center of each stalk of celery with the peanut butter mixture. Divide with raisins and serve immediately or keep in the refrigerator until ready to serve.

Sweet and savory stuffed celery recipe

Yields 4 servings

Ingredients:

  • 4 celery stalks
  • 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 2 tablespoons dried cranberries
  • 2 tablespoons walnuts, chopped
  • 2 slices bacon, cooked and finely chopped
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Directions:

  1. In a bowl add the cream cheese, honey, cranberries, walnuts and bacon mixing well.
  2. With a spoon, fill the centers of the celery stalks with the cream cheese mixture. Garnish with extra cranberries, walnuts and fresh parsley. Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator until ready to enjoy.

Spicy Buffalo hot wing-stuffed celery recipe

Yields 4 servings

Ingredients:

  • 4 celery stalks
  • 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tablespoons Frank's Red Hot sauce or other hot sauce
  • 2 tablespoons crumbled blue cheese

Directions:

  1. In a bowl, add the cream cheese and crumbled blue cheese mixing well.
  2. With a spoon, fill the centers of the celery stalks with the mixture and garnish with extra blue cheese crumbles and a few dashes of hot sauce per celery stalk. Serve immediately or keep in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
