Snickerdoodle brownie recipe

Snickerdoodle brownie recipe

Makes 20 brownies

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups packed brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 sticks butter, softened
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 2-1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon granular sugar
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, mix together the brown sugar, butter, eggs and vanilla.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder and salt.
  4. Slowly mix the flour mixture into the brown sugar mixture until all ingredients are well combined.
  5. Grease a 9 x 13-inch baking dish and transfer the batter to the dish.
  6. Mix together the granular sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle on top of the batter.
  7. Bake the brownies at 350 degrees F for 20 to 25 minutes until the top is lightly golden brown.

Snickerdoodle bread recipe

Makes 2 loaves

Ingredients:

  • 2-1/2 cups flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 sticks butter, softened
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt

For the topping:

  • 2 tablespoons cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons sugar

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine flour, baking powder, cinnamon and salt, and then set aside.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, cream together the butter, sugar, eggs, vanilla and yogurt.
  4. Slowly add the flour mixture into the butter mixture until just combined.
  5. Transfer the mixture to 2 well-greased loaf pans.
  6. Combine the 2 tablespoons cinnamon and 2 tablespoons sugar and sprinkle over the top of the loaf to form the topping.
  7. Bake in the oven at 350 degrees F for 60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  8. Remove the loaf from the oven and allow it to cool for 5 minutes before removing it from the pan.

Snickerdoodle waffle recipe

Makes 8 waffles

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1/4 cup melted butter

Directions:

  1. Preheat your electric waffle iron.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking soda, salt and cinnamon.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together eggs, vanilla, milk and melted butter.
  4. Stir the egg mixture into the flour mixture until the mixture is smooth.
  5. Pour 1/4 cup batter into the waffle iron, and cook until the waffle is golden brown on the outside.
