Slow cooker Dr. Pepper roast beef

Serves 6-8


  • 1 (2-3 pound) chuck roast
  • 12 ounces Dr. Pepper
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. Place the roast in a slow cooker and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Cover with Dr. Pepper.
  3. Cook on low for 6 to 8 hours.
  4. Serve hot.
