Easy pizza bagels 3 ways

Pizza bagels are a fun and easy way for moms to make pizza that kids will love. Set up a station in the kitchen and let your kids make their very own pizza using a variety of toppings. Perfect for an after-school snack or a quick dinner idea, you can’t go wrong with this recipe.

Cheesy pizza bagel recipe

Yields 4 servings (1 full bagel per person) 

Ingredients:

  • 4 bagels, halved
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Chopped fresh Italian herbs such as basil or parsley

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Add the bagel halves to the baking sheet.
  3. Divide the pizza sauce and cheese between the bagel halves and top with fresh herbs.
  4. Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until the cheese is melted and golden brown. Serve immediately.

Sweet and spicy pizza bagel recipe

Yields 4 servings (1 full bagel per person)

Ingredients:

  • 4 bagels, halved
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 jalapeno pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 sweet onion, diced
  • 1/2 cup pineapple chunks
  • Chopped fresh Italian herbs such as basil or parsley

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Add the bagel halves to the baking sheet.
  3. Divide the pizza sauce, cheese and toppings between the bagel halves and top with fresh herbs.

Margarita veggie bagels recipe

Yields 4 servings (1 full bagel per person)

Ingredients:

  • 4 bagels, halved
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 (8 ounce) ball fresh mozzarella, sliced
  • 2 large tomatoes, sliced
  • Fresh basil leaves

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Add the bagel halves to the baking sheet.
  3. Divide the pizza sauce, cheese and fresh tomatoes between the bagel halves and top with fresh basil.
  4. Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until the cheese is melted and golden brown. Serve immediately.
