Nothing says summer like warm cherry cobbler. Don't waste your summer standing in the kitchen making complicated desserts. Try making this crumbly cherry cobbler recipe that is so quick and easy that it can be ready for the oven in 5 minutes!

Crumbly cherry cobbler recipe

Serves 8-10

Ingredients:

  • 2 (21 ounce) cans cherry pie filling
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 cup oats
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/8 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/8 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. Pour the two cans of cherry pie filling into the bottom of a 2-1/2 quart casserole dish.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the flour, oats, brown sugar, baking soda and baking powder.
  4. Spoon in the softened butter until the mixture becomes crumbly.
  5. Sprinkle the mixture over the top of the cherry pie filling.
  6. Bake it for 18-20 minutes until the filling is bubbly and the crumb topping is golden brown.
