Crumbly cherry cobbler recipe
Serves 8-10
Ingredients:
- 2 (21 ounce) cans cherry pie filling
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup oats
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/8 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/8 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
- Pour the two cans of cherry pie filling into the bottom of a 2-1/2 quart casserole dish.
- In a large bowl, combine the flour, oats, brown sugar, baking soda and baking powder.
- Spoon in the softened butter until the mixture becomes crumbly.
- Sprinkle the mixture over the top of the cherry pie filling.
- Bake it for 18-20 minutes until the filling is bubbly and the crumb topping is golden brown.
