Fourth of July ice cream pie

Serves 6

Ingredients:

• 1 (10-inch) graham cracker pie crust
• 2-1/2 cups vanilla ice cream
• 1-1/2 cups Cool Whip
• 1 cup of red, white and blue M&M's
• Fourth of July sprinkles

Directions: 

1. Remove the vanilla ice cream from the freezer and allow it to soften for approximately 15 minutes.
2. Once the ice cream has softened, use a mixer to combine the ice cream, Cool Whip and M&M's.
3. Pour the mixture into the 10-inch pie crust and top with Fourth of July sprinkles.
4. Freeze until the ice cream has hardened and slice to serve.
