These Valentine's Day While Chocolate and Cherry Chip Cookies are a perfect cookie for Valentine's Day. The recipe was developed my high schooler and aspiring chef, Ashley Gelo. The chocolate cookies are perfect with cherry and white chocolate chips and will let anyone know how much you love them this Valentine's Day.

White Chocolate and Cherry Chip Cookies


  • 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2/3 cup Nestle Toll House Baking Cocoa
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup (2 sticks) butter or margarine, softened
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 2/3 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup Premier White Morsels
  • 1 cup Cherry-Flavored Baking Morsels


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Combine cocoa, baking soda and salt in a small bowl.
  3. Beat butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar and vanilla extract in a large mixing bowl until creamy.
  4. Add eggs one at a time and beat well after each addition.
  5. Gradually beat in flour mixture.
  6. Stir in morsels.
  7. Drop by well-rounded teaspoon full onto ungreased baking sheets.
  8. Bake for 9 to 11 minutes or until centers are set.
  9. Cool on baking sheets for 2 minutes; remove to wire racks to cool completely.
